The Haifa District Court judge Tamar Sharon postponed the deadline for the execution of the court order on removing ammonia from Haifa Bay area warehouse pending an appeal filed by “Hajfskie chemicals” against this requirement.
Hearings on the appeal are scheduled for February 26.
Legal Adviser of the Government is given the opportunity to challenge the decision of postponement until 19 February 10:00.
12 February the Court accepted the lawsuit, Haifa City Hall and ordered the “Haifa chemicals” in ten days to remove ammonia from a giant tank.
